  1. Simply mail or bring us (please call for appointment) your gold or silver lot for refining including following to the address at the end of this page:
    • Material for refining
    • Note with approximate or exact weight and metal purity or if in slag assay report if available.
    • You name, address, e-mail and telephone number
    • You may choose to request Fedex pre-paid shipping label from us. Our shipping label will have full value of the insurable content. Your shipping charges and insurance cost will be deducted from your total. Please contact us for details.
  2. Refining fee and schedule explanation:
    • Any predictable lots can be advanced exchanged for metal for additional fee on top of refining fees right away. No other charges apply. Returned product is metered and stamped when possible. In this case you do not have to wait for processing your material as lot will be considered settled. Settlement is usually withing 24 hours.
    • We take percentage of your metal as our fee based on lot type and weight.
    • When settled in cash additional fee 3-5% will apply, please see the table
    • Brand Name Bars and Coins means - Good delivery bars from LBNA recognized refiners, like Pamp, RCM, J&M etc...
    • Brand Name Coins means goverment mints issued coins.
    • Metal settlement can be in the form of: poured unmetered bars, cornflakes, crystals or powder unless otherwise specified.
  • About 20-22lb of mixed ceramic CPUs may be advance-traded for 1 ounce 99.99 gold bar
  • Intel/AMD early fiber CPUs have low gold content. About 80-100lb will make troy ounce of gold. You will need to supply about 125lb to receive one troy ounce of gold. Processing time is one month
  • We accept other electronic scrap for processing. Please call or e-mail us for details
  • Processing time for electronic components around 2-4 weeks
  • Processing time for scrap metal around 1-2 weeks
  • Processing time for ore around 2-4 weeks

    We will refine your gold to 99.99% purity and silver to 99.9+%. When your lot is completed we will contact you with exact weight of your pure metal output.

When your refined metal is ready for settlement you may choose one of the following four options:

  • Advanced metal exchange can be applied to almost any lot except for Ore
  • Advanced Trade-In: If you do not want to wait for recovery results we can outright exchange your lot for metal. Additional fee in percentage of your total metal posted in the schedule.

Due to low cost of stones, we offer no stone recovery below 0.5ct. All stones in jewellery will be damaged by heat and discarded. Weight of stones should not and will be not counted in total metal weight.

Above 0.5ct stones can be recovered at the cost of $50 per stone.

Please take a note of the following when calculating your theoretical refined metal output:

Gold stamped "585" or 14K has only 58.35% of gold content. Markings are not exact representation of percentage of gold content and usually under-karat as it is not regulated in many countries or regulations allow for wide deviation. Some gold, specifically from Asia, can be of lower base karat with higher karat plating. Repaired gold may have been repaired using base metal with plating. Old "sterling" silver can have silver content deviation from 87.5% to 92.5%

What is not accepted for refining:

Alloy at or below 10% of total gold, silver and PGM content (exemption can be made under specific conditions, please call to discuss).
